For more than 5 years of deep research and practice of various methods of nutrition and training, both in the gym and at home, I was able to achieve different fitness goals.

I decided to help others and create a platform where everything will be clearly laid out and made accessible to anybody! Not everyone knows where to start and what to do in order to achieve what you want and not everyone has the opportunity to go to expensive fitness centres. There are no diets and magical super-fast ways to achieve unrealistic results. Here, we care about health, well-being and constant work on yourself! There are no ideals. Only YOU choose how you want to see your body!

RadMad Nutrition Guide [Volume 1]: Beyond Calorie Counting
This guide was designed to suit healthy nutrition for women for any ages. There is no particular size or weight or look we are aiming for, what is important is the state where you feel confident about yourself. Through the new healthy eating advices and recommendations provided in this resource we will further educate and assist women work toward their goals!

Please bear in mind that this guide is perfect for those who would like to understand more about the nutrition and different aspects of the healthy eating even though the name refers more to those who would like to let go the excess weight. This guide was designed to suit healthy nutrition for women for any ages. What does the workout package include?
Each program participant will have access to the schedule, which will include the optimal combination of new and more interesting and awesome workouts! 5 exclusive training sessions that will be available only to participants of the marathon:

1) Ballet Legs (28 min) - This exercise complex, borrowed from dancers' classes, works deeply and effectively on the areas of the thighs and hips in less than 30 minutes. Get the ballerina's legs with RadMad!

2) ABSolution (20 min) - This workout is not just called the ABS-solution, because it is, by right, the best solution for your dream press! A combination of fat burning cardio and strength training for pumping will give you a wasp waist and dice press.

3) Dance Cardio (20 min) - Super fun dance training in the zumba format! Repeat light and catchy choreography of Madina, get a lot of positive emotions and burn calories!

4) Booty Builder (28 min) - This strength training on the gluteus muscles requires no weighting! What language will be the workouts in?
Identical video workouts are provided in both Russian and English. You can learn another language while building your body!

You must purchase one of the packages online and you will immediately get access to the programme!
Will I be able to access the training program immediately after the payment?
You will immediately get access to the programme, once the payment is processed .You will get a 3 month access to the workouts.
Is this program just for weight loss or for muscle gain?
This program is designed to make your body healthier, stronger and more beautiful! And how you will achieve this, getting leaner or gaining high-quality muscle mass, depends only on you and your desires!
I specifically developed such a program so that it would be universal, including both strength training and high-intensity fat burning! Your result will depend on your nutrition plan, which you can build with our Nutrition Guide!
Is there an age limit for participation in the program?
You must be at least 16 years old. If you are not, please seek permission from your parents.
Can I work out if there are health restrictions?
All workouts are designed for average physical training ability, and also include a demonstration of a moderate version of the exercise. The risk of injury is small.
If you are hesitating, you should consult with your doctor, especially if you have any medical conditions.
Can I skip some workouts listed on the calendar?
The calendar shows the optimal way to carry out the program. The best individual result will be if weekly perform workouts as indicated in the calendar.
People from which countries can participate?

Do you need any training equipment?
All workouts are specifically designed to perform at home. All you need is a soft surface / mat to do the exercises lying down. Even in strength training, where weights are required, we use household items that everyone has - books.
How long do workouts last?
Workouts have different durations. There are  20, 40 and 45 minutes workouts.
What time of day is the best for a workout?
There is no definite answer! It is only important to keep a break of 1.5-2 hours between your main meals and exercise, before and after. You can read more articles on this topic on your Instagram account @radmad.co.
Can I workout at home and in the gym at the same time?
It is possible, but the main goal of RadMad Wellness is to prove that it is not at all necessary to go to an expensive gym to get in shape. We are making fitness more accessible! This program is an imitation of the gym (where there are usually a variety of group classes) with a variety of classes every day. This is a great chance for you to try different types of workouts from your home!
When will I see the results?
The result will depend on how well you are performing the workouts, as well as on your nutrition and sleep schedule. Be healthy! Keep in mind your body features: genetics, metabolism, degree of physical fitness.
However, you will notice the first noticeable changes in 10 days!
Is it possible to extend the access to workouts?
You will have access to the purchased workouts for 3 months! After that we will let you know what kind of programme we can offer you next.
